Bluelark CodeAcademy Salesforce CRM Course

Education in Focus: Bluelark completed a course for Salesforce CRM beginners

Almost 9 million new Salesforce employment positions are predicted to become available globally by 2026. This fact alone makes the know-how of the world’s number-one CRM platform a prosperous opportunity for the future.

Bluelark – a certified Salesforce partner in the Baltic states – together with CodeAcademy launched a specialized ‘Salesforce for beginners’ course for Lithuanian students.

Through an 11-week study program, students are introduced to the Salesforce core, Development cycle, Integrations, etc. Seven members of the Bluelark team were involved in the training process.

“The first course was a blast! Probably the biggest challenge was presenting the information to students with very different backgrounds, and various levels of technical knowledge. This is what makes learning Salesforce unique – you can approach the platform from the technical or from a business analyst perspective”, – shared Armandas Aidulis, Salesforce Developer at Bluelark, one of the program’s lecturers.

“If you are planning a career with Salesforce, the course was a good place to start. I was happy with the scope: the course covered all the necessary topics from administration to development”, – Vytautas, one of the students, mentioned.

Nearly 10 years ago Bluelark became the first certified Salesforce partner in the Baltic states, introducing the world’s favorite CRM to a new geographic region.

“In the Baltics demand for Salesforce services is ever-increasing, as businesses mature and recognize the benefits of a data-centric approach to running your business. At Bluelark we always seek Salesforce-qualified talent to join our team. We are also excited when our graduates join the teams of Salesforce end-users”, – says CEO of Bluelark Jurgis Bakanas.

Bluelark has already organized many smaller-scale educational Salesforce events and workshops. The company also collaborates with vocational schools and universities to bring more people into the Salesforce ecosystem and supports the local Salesforce community with Trailblazer events and other initiatives.
