One of the first projects tackled by Bluelark involved automating Merchant Capital’s sales deal allocation process. Previously, this was a manual task consuming 1–2 hours daily, requiring a sales manager to distribute incoming deals across the team. With Bluelark’s expertise, a custom automation system was developed within Salesforce, allowing automatic allocation based on predefined rules.
