Platforms
We implement and support Salesforce, HubSpot and Odoo. Because we work in all three, the recommendation is not shaped by the only tool we happen to sell — and we will tell you when the platform is not the problem at all.
The first certified Salesforce partner in the Baltics · Salesforce partner since 2021 · HubSpot and Odoo partner marks to follow
The three
Three platforms, three different problems they are good at. The one that fits is decided by your process, not by a feature list.
Complex sales and service at scale
For companies with several sales teams, long deal cycles, service obligations and marketing running on the same data. This is our deepest practice, with 20 certified experts and every project since 2021 delivered in-house.
Marketing-led teams, live in weeks
For teams where marketing and inbound sales carry the business and the CRM has to show value early. Hubs configured in the order that carries revenue, on a setup your own team can run.
CRM joined to the operations
For companies where the customer record has to sit next to stock, invoicing, projects or production. Standard modules first, custom modules only where they run out.
Side by side
Not a feature matrix. These are the dimensions that change the answer, and the ones a vendor demo will not settle for you.
| Decision | |||
|---|---|---|---|
| Best when | Sales complexity is the problem: territories, forecasting, quoting, partner channels. | Lead flow is the problem: traffic, contacts, nurture, deals and tickets. | Operations are the problem: quotes, orders, stock, invoicing and projects in one database. |
| Typical client | Mid-market and enterprise: logistics, fintech, financial services, nonprofits. | Startups and SMEs under 50 people, or one team inside a larger group. | SMEs of 50–500 in manufacturing, distribution, services and retail. |
| Time to go live | Three to nine months, depending on clouds, migration and integrations. | Two to six weeks for CRM and one hub; longer with a website or migration. | Six to twelve weeks for CRM and sales, then a phased operational rollout. |
| Licensing | Per user, per cloud, billed annually. We size editions before you sign. | Per hub and tier, scaled by marketing contacts and paid seats. | Per user for Enterprise, or the free Community edition hosted by you. |
| After go-live | Administration retainers, plus extra hands when your own team needs them. | Monthly administration and a planned upgrade path when it stops being enough. | Administration, yearly version upgrades and custom module maintenance. |
Our certified depth is in Salesforce. HubSpot and Odoo are platforms we deliver and administer, and their partner marks follow — we would rather say that plainly than present the three at a parity that does not exist.
There is no licence markup in our advice. We are not paid more for recommending one of the three, so the cheapest correct answer is also the one we are paid to give. And because we work in all three, we can tell you when the platform itself is the constraint — which is a different conversation, and one we will have plainly rather than turn into a migration proposal.
On whichever you choose
The platform changes what gets configured and where the difficulty sits. It does not change how an engagement runs.
