Paratus Telecom, a leading telecom operator in Namibia, wanted to automate sales processes for sales of broadband internet access.
We have provided Salesforce administration services.
We set up business processes in Salesforce covering not only
sales activities such as lead registration and quotation but also
keeping track of tasks required for physical setup (such as laying
fiber-optic to the customer’s home), obtaining billing information,
and service activation based on the payment settlement in the accounting
system. Once the services have been activated for the customer, their data
then is transferred and kept in sync with the VX View billing system and Sage ERP.
