Scattered Data: Candidate information was spread across five different systems and personal files. This made it difficult to access essential data when needed, resulting in inefficiencies, time-consuming processes and the inability to filter and select relevant candidates effectively.
Complex Candidate Management: Without a unified platform, tracking the latest candidate information and managing their journey through the recruitment process became complicated. It was challenging to monitor current statuses and ensure a seamless workflow.
