As a global service provider operating through multiple specialized sub-companies, Garant Group faced key operational challenges:
Data Validity and Reliability: Ensuring the accuracy, credibility and creditworthiness of client information across diverse international operations.
Fragmented Information Sharing: Difficulties in sharing sales opportunities, client insights and business experiences between different sub-companies within the group, leading to lost opportunities and inefficiencies.
Client Risk Management: The inability to easily track unreliable clients and collectively focus efforts on dependable business partners.
To implement a global system that would centrally store and manage client data for all group companies, ensuring unified access while maintaining control over sensitive information between internal sub-companies. The solution needed to support sales process management tailored to each specific company within the group, while enabling data security and separation where necessary. Additionally, the system had to be fully integrated with Microsoft NAV, the company’s core data management platform, to ensure seamless data synchronization and operational consistency.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation: Bluelark proposed and delivered a fully customized Salesforce Sales Cloud solution, carefully tailored to the distinct business processes of four Garant Group companies. Key elements of the solution included:
Personalized System Architecture: Customized sales processes and workflows for each sub-company while maintaining centralized data governance.
Repurposed “Campaigns” Object: The standard Salesforce Campaigns object was transformed into a Business Trip Management tool. This new module enabled employees to plan, track, and report on business trips, register new leads from visits, and share potential opportunities between group companies.
Sales and Experience Sharing: Created a structured system for sharing sales opportunities and customer insights across sub-companies to collaboratively build and manage client relationships.
ERP Integration: Seamless integration with Microsoft NAV, ensuring real-time synchronization of key data and alignment between the ERP system and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Garant Group successfully implemented a customized Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, tailored to the unique processes of their group companies. The solution included personalized features to manage global sales operations and client relationships, along with a seamless integration to the company’s Microsoft NAV ERP system. This ensured consistent, real-time data synchronization and created a centralized, efficient environment for managing sales activities and customer information across the entire organization.
